- Engage NDIS Registered Professional Services Consultants (Design, Engineering, Certification)
- Produce Tender & Contract Documentation
- Engage An Experienced SDA Builder
- Monitor and report on construction Progress to all concerned parties
- Source and secure available NDIS Participants from NDIS approved builders
- Produce Contracts for the relevant parties and manage the hand over the accommodation to the SIL Provider.
- Produce and a viable Ongoing Maintenance Program for the Project

We are Qualified, NDIS Builders Works Project Management Consultants (Project 2 Property Pty Ltd). We can actively manage any NDIS Project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. These roles include:
- Producing a clear and precise Service Agreement to be signed by both parties (Project 2 Property Pty Ltd and the Client). This will clearly outline our responsibilities and duties as Project Managers on the Project
- Reviewing any design and engineering drawings to ensure they comply with NDIS Codes, Standards and Regulations, and can be built within the Project Budget
- Assisting the client to understand the Building Contract
- Advising Client on qualified and suitable builders to tender for the Project
- Reviewing the various Builders quotations, and recommending to the Client which Builder best suits the Project based on price and suitability.
- Overseeing the Project at key stages and inform the Client on progress and any issue that arise during the course of the Project.
- Signing off the completion of the Project on behalf of the Client

- A prompt and courteous response and a swift site visit to discuss your requirements in more detail.
- Provide a full, itemised, competitive quotation that will be clear and easy to understand for the Client. This quotation will outline the lead time and the timeframe required to undertake and complete the work
- Once awarded the Project, we will mobilize on site.
- We will undertake the work in a professional and tidy manner. All builders rubbish will be removed from site. We will try and keep the disruption to the client to an absolute minimum.
- We regularly advise the client, and other Professions employed by the Client of Progress of the Project.
- We will inform all parties of on site changes (if any) and cost implications to the original Contract, prior to commencing the work.
- We will complete the Project within the stipulated and agreed timeframe, unless there are major Post Contract variations to the Project.
